The end returns to the beginning in the new Arrow season 8 trailer

Next month marks the beginning of the end for Oliver Queen/Green Arrow as The CW’s Arrow marks it’s 8th and final season. In order to reach the end though, sometimes you have to return to where you’ve been before.

That’s the case in the new extended trailer for the final season, which follows Oliver, who left at the end of season seven with the Monitor in order to prepare for this year’s big crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths where Oliver seemingly is meant to die, on his journey through some old sets and potentially moments in his life or even alternate realities.

The Queen Mansion (which hasn’t been used as a set in years), the Verdant night club, Oliver’s haunts in Hong Kong, and more featured in the trailer. As do returnig characters including Tommy Merlyn ( Colin Donnell), Moira Queen (Susanna Thompson), Thea Queen (Willa Holland) and Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana (Rila Fukushima).

Arrow returns for its final ten episodes beginning on October 15.
