Marvel Comics prepares for The End of Captain Marvel, Captain America, Mile Morales & more in January one-shots

While the nature of ongoing long-form comic books (Marvel & DC among others) means that the stories of certain characters will likely not end for a very long time, it doesn’t mean we can’t get glimpses of possible endings.

As announced by Marvel today, the publisher is digging back up their “The End” initiative (from the early to mid 2000s) to have a slew of creative teams take a whack at showcasing potential final adventures for Miles Morales, Captain Marvel, Captain America, Deadpool, Venom, and Doctor Strange in six new one-shots coming in January.
