Wilson Fisk dons an iconic look in the latest Marvel’s Daredevil teaser

A new synopsis for the third season of Netflix's Marvel series has also emerged alongside the teaser.

Daredevil Kingpin

For quite some time it’s been known that Vincent D’Onofrio is returning as Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin, for season three of Netflix’s Marvel’s Daredevil and he’s featured in the latest teaser for the series, with a very familiar new look. Fisk stands before a mirror putting on cufflinks and a white jacket which along with the white pants and white vest and black shirt completes the very iconic look that the character has rocked for decades in the comics.

Set to Cody Crump’s “Burn,” the teaser quickly shifts from Fisk preparing to a bloodied Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) as he burns his clothing and glasses before donning the old style black Daredevil style mask as he burns all vestiges of his former life.

Along with the teaser also came a brand new synopsis for the season.

Missing for months, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) reemerges a broken man, putting into question his future as both vigilante Daredevil and lawyer Matthew Murdock. But when his archenemy Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) is released from prison, Matt must choose between hiding from the world or embracing his destiny as a hero.

Marvel’s Daredevil season three follows up on last years Marvel’s Defenders series where Matt was believed dead when the Midland Circle headquarters of The Hand collapsed but instead he ended up waking up at the end of the last episode being taken care of by nuns. This season reportedly is set to adapt the “Born Again” storyline from Frank Miller & David Mazzucchelli.

The entire season will be available on October 19.
