Things have been going pretty well in the land of Marvel Studios, as they have had two massive box office shattering blockbusters in just the first four months of 2018. Black Panther leapt over various records after its February debut and now Avengers: Infinity War is making its mark on the world.
Needless to say, studio and Marvel Cinematic Universe mastermind Kevin Feige is a very happy man. Taking to Twitter, he penned a letter to the fans of the MCU to thank them for helping make these films a success.
The letter reads:
To the greatest fans,
The past ten years have been an unforgettable ride and we couldn’t have done it without the entire team at Marvel Studios, our incredible talent in front and behind the camera, the visionary comic book creators, but most importantly you.
Thank you for embracing these characters and stories since we kicked off the MCU ten years ago. This past weekend was a result beyond our wildest dreams.
On behalf of everyone here at Marvel Studios, we thank you for being the best fans in the universe and making Avengers: Infinity War the biggest opening weekend of all time.
