Marvel’s eight hundredth issue of Amazing Spider-Man is about a month away from debuting, marking the first time any Marvel Comic series has ever reached that milestone. It’s also the second to last issue of Dan Slott’s decade-long writing run on the series.
Over the last few weeks, the publisher has unveiled looks at variant covers for the issue from various artists that have made their mark on Spider-Man and/or other characters over the years.
Previously they revealed first looks at variant covers from John Romita Sr./Richard Isanove, Mark Bagley, Terry Dodsen, and Ron Frenz/Brett Breeding/Dave McCaig. Now covers from Frank Cho & David Curiel and Nick Bradshaw & Morry Hollowell.
Slott’s second to last issue will see him team-up with previous Spider-Man artists including Stuart Immonen, Humberto Ramos, Giuseppe Camuncoli, Jim Cheung and Nick Bradshaw.
