Before Spider-Man gets a fresh start this summer from Nick Spencer & Ryan Ottley, the flagship series for the webbed hero is set to celebrate a massive milestone that no other Marvel series has ever achieved: 800 issues.

That 800th issue will also be the penultimate issue in the lengthy run of writer Dan Slott and the conclusion of the current Red Goblin story that is pitting Peter Parker and Norman Osborn against one another once more with a lot on the line. Slott will be joined by various previous series artists including Stuart Immonen, Humberto Ramos, Giuseppe Camuncoli,  Jim Cheung and Nick Bradshaw for the massive issue.

To celebrate, Marvel has unveiled first looks at some variant covers for the issue from legendary Spider-Man artists Mark Bagley and John Romita Sr. (with Richard Isanove). Both Bagley and Romita Sr. have quite the history with Amazing Spider-Man in the past, with Bagley also part of the longest running writer/artist team on a Spider-Man title with Brian Michael Bendis for their co-created Ultimate Spider-Man series.

Check out each of the covers below, with the issue arriving on shelves May 30.
