Cyborg’s title avoids cancellation as co-creator Marv Wolfman takes over

Cyborg 21 Featured

Befitting the merging of human and technology that makes him who he is, DC Comic’s Justice League member & former Teen Titan Cyborg is getting a second life. After previously announcing that the DC Rebirth volume of Cyborg was ending with the recent 20th issue, the publisher has changed course.

Cyborg co-creator Marv Wolfman and artist Sam Lotfi will handle a 21st issue of the series coming in April, according to Newsarama. There is no indication if this is a permanent un-canceling or if it’s just one more issue for the series.

Wolfman has recently been working with many of the Titans characters he helped create with the upcoming Raven: Daughter of Darkness mini-series along with a standalone Starfire centric Teen Titans #16.

Cyborg #21 arrives in April.

Written by MARV WOLFMAN • Art and cover by SAM LOTFI
In the DC Universe, Cyborg is the most technical advanced being on the planet—or so we thought. Introducing Mother Box 2.0: Robo-Dojo! Unlike Cyborg, these robots are piloted by the government’s best, brightest, and most loyal soldiers. Super Heroes just got a major upgrade produced, developed and financed by S.T.A.R. Labs.
