One of the biggest complaints about some of the previous films in the DC shared universe, namely Man of Steel and Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice, was how the normally bright and colorful costumes and world of the superheroes from their comic book origins were dark and washed out. That’s not the case in the latest poster for November’s Justice League.
Shared through the official Justice League UK Twitter, the poster showcases all five of the movie’s heroes in very bright and vibrant versions of their costumes. The greens, golds, blues, reds and silvers really pop in this version and scream comic book heroes.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Opening November 17, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Willem Dafoe, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, Amber Heard and J.K. Simmons.
