Marvel reveals Rogue & Gambit creative team & some Legion details

Previously Marvel announced that the X-Men line of comics would get a couple of new additions in 2018. At the time nothing else other than the titles, Rogue & Gambit and Legion, along with covers were revealed.

Thanks to New York Comic Con, there is now a bit more information.

As reported by Newsarama, during Marvel’s private retailer panel at the convention it was revealed that Kelly Thompson and Pere Perez will be the creative team for the five-issue Rogue & Gambit mini-series with Kris Anka providing the series covers.  It launches in January.

No creative team was revealed for Legion but it was revealed that it is also a five-issue series that will launch in February and editor Christina Harrington called it “a journey to the center of Legion.”

Whether that means they will address the matter of Legion wiping himself out of existence at the end of his solo X-Men: Legacy series that launched in 2012 remains to be see.
