SDCC: Telltale Games announces new seasons of Batman, The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us

Ahead of this year’s San Diego Comic Con, Telltale Games has laid out the games they’ll be putting out the rest of this year and into next year. The publisher announced three new seasons of some of their popular game series: Batman: the Telltale Series, The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series and The Wolf Among Us 2: A Telltale Series.

Batman: The Telltale Series – The Enemy Within chapter one arrives on August 8 and will introduce the Telltale Game world version of the Riddler and will continue Bruce Wayne/Batman’s journey following the first game’s conclusion. The new season will continue to pit Batman against or ally him with, depending on the player choices, new versions of popular villains and supporting characters from Batman’s history.

As the name suggests, The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series – The Final Season will indeed be the fourth and final season of the game series that started in 2012 and has followed the young character of Clementine as she navigates the world of the zombie apocalypse. The game is set to start rolling out chapters in 2018.

After three years the developer will roll out The Wolf Among Us 2: A Telltale Series, a sequel to the 2013/2014 game A Wolf Among Us: A Telltale Series which is based upon the DC Comics/Vertigo series Fables. Erin Yvette and Adam Harrington will return as Snow and Bigby for a brand new storyline that will arrive sometime in 2018.
