The cast of Sony and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Homecoming appeared in Hall H during Marvel’s San Diego Comic-Con panel and brought along new art and some cast news. While it’s just concept art, the image that was shared shows Spider-Man taking on the villainous Vulture, confirming that the character will be the film’s antagonist.
Alongside the art came the film’s first synopsis and a cast list, one that officially confirms that Michael Keaton, long connected to the film to play the Vulture, will be in the movie.
A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Marvel Studios’ “Captain: Civil War,” begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging superhero in “Spider-Man: Homecoming.”
